Thought I'd do an update to the fleet, bought this crazeee Elsie last year, 73hp at the back wheel, (up from the 41hp ish from new) wheelies like no tomorrow. Also just bought this XSR900 to turn into a 900LC

For those of us old enough to remember, there was a specials builder in the 80's called Hag Hughes (always in Performance Bikes , did a lot with Harris Performance Builds) Hag built the pair of famous black speedblock Elsies along with Jay Emmett (Sean Emmetts brother, ex racer guy)

He now has a company called Velocity-Moto & he does kits for grown up bikes. He also does one for the XSR700, looking like the 31K powervalves

Looks like ABR weekend? I went last year and this, really enjoyed it.

Recently had to downsize from my KTM 1090 Adventure R due to health reasons, now i've got myself a 390 Adventure and having a blast (and both fitted in my T6 I just had to take the mirrors and screen off the 1090 but the 390 goes straight in (albeit with folding mirrors).

I've also still got my old KTM 525 EXC that i used to race in Cross Country Rally, although it was put in the garage during Covid for a rebuild that i will get round to one day!

Here is one of my MV Agusta F4's sad to say this is going up for sale if anyone is interested? Amazing looking bike and really nice to ride. This bike has had over 10k spent on it just the carbon alone was over 8k. Open to sensible offers.

This afternoon I fitted fork gators to my Triumph Thunderbird I had to remove wheel, mudguard and screen, I was quite pleased with myself as it’s the first time that I’ve stripped forks down.
Here’s some pictures of the strip down and rebuild and it only took me 2 1/2 hours from start to finish.

Had the trumpff since new. Tis the first bike I’ve owned that I’ve not wanted to swap after a few years.
