@Ed Webb - note the bottles without labels on the windowsill - decide to have a go at making some sloe gin - tried it tonight - tastes ok but a bit like girly cough medicine - might be just the thing to get @Fish into gin??

Let it mellow for a year. I make Sloe, Damson and Plum each year.
