Seriously, save / scrape the money together for a proper diesel heater install.

You won't regret it.

I've booked in with a mobile diesel heater fitter. Its a 'Chinese' one but at £400 fitted I deem it suitable/reasonable

This young girl was a friend of my daughter. Dead from a BBQ when camping. Don't even consider something as dangerous as a gas heater in a confined space.
