Solar not charging LB

I have a Victron 100/20 MPPT controller and the blue LED for Bulk is flashing. It doesn’t seem to be charging the leisure battery. Attached screenshots of current status and recent history. Any help appreciated.

Thanks. I’ve put a multimeter across the positive and negative from the solar panel. Doesn’t look like it’s picking up any thing measuring DC voltage. After searching through the Forum it looks like the panels had it. I assume I could attach a portable panel through the Victron temporarily as we are off to do NC 500 next week. Thanks
