Hey clever knowledgeable T6 folk.
Is it legal to secure a 20 inch spare wheel with tyre on a 3 bike tow bar mounted bike rack as a spare? The number plate on the towbar mounted rack would be visible, no bikes in situ. I realise it's a security issue but would be well hidden with a Morrisons bag or two!
Doing Skye in August and it would be so much easier than the hassle of underfloor spare wheel storage!
Thoughts please guys?
