I've recently replaced my front discs and pads. One side is squealing. I've removed the disc and made sure its flat against the hub. I've added more pad grease to the back of the pad, the spring and the retaining lugs on the caliper. Doesn't seem to have made any difference. Anything else I can try? They are not OEM btw.

Could also be the compound the pads are made of.
I’ve always had mad turbo charged cars so always upgraded the brakes and quite often the racing pads would squeal.

We're they squealing from the off, or had you done a few miles before this started?

You can re/ bed the pads in (this is normally only needed for performance brakes) and/or remove the pads and chamfer the edges. This should sort your issues. When fitting the pads you can also leave tightening up the caliper retaining bolts the last bit until the end, with someone in the vehicle with their foot on the brake- this aligns them correctly - HTH

I do find this time of the year brakes can be a bit noisier with the salt and grime build up happening.

Thanks for the reply’s all, think I’ll take them off and chamfer the edges
