Starter disengaging too soon

Hi guys
Got an issue with my 2019 t6
Cxgb 102bhp
The starter is disengaging too early causing it not to start 50% of the time, sometimes takes 4 or 5 goes to get it to start and when it does start it has a slight dip in rpm as soon as it starts. Runs and drives fine no issues once it’s running. anyone had a similar issue I can’t seem to find any other posts about it.
Not sure how to upload a video on here so here’s a Facebook link to video.
Parts currently changed
Starter
Injectors
Fuel pump
Fuel rail with sensors
Glow plugs
Glow plug relay
Battery
TIA

Vid link doesn't work.

Post your vid on YouTube or other and post a link here..

Does seem odd...

I had similar in my van on a no start.... That was assumed to be due issues with low compression.

Wondering if it's a power draw thing...

Main engine earth?

Looks like your have had loads of stuff changed.

Wondering if the starter pulling power is causing volt drop?

Have you got any voltage monitoring?

Can you get battery voltages.

At rest.
When cranking.
When running... No loads.
When running.... With loads.

.

Any engine lights or alternator lights?

Post some pics of the starter battery and connections.

I’ll get hold of a voltage meter and see what that is saying, just tried putting another earth on the battery and engine still no joy ☹️
No eml or alternator lights

I am assuming you changed these parts to try and resolve the issue? Q - Does it start OK with the stop/start?

Yes I have a transporter van for work and a camper so been swapping bits over to try find the cause. Does the same on stop start, cuts out waits for a second then tries starting again. Sometimes it will start right away others it takes 4/5 times
