Does anyone have details on the status codes for factory orders ? I've been told by a very helpful dealer (not mine) roughly what they mean but just wanted to compare this info with others if you have any info.

Mine is 38 at the moment

Status codes

00 = Assigned to factory order no production week scheduled
10 = Factory ordered with production week scheduled
20 = Factory ordered production week confirmed
30 = In transit from factory
36 = Vehicle in port of exit – not released
38 = Vehicle in port of exit – released to shipping
39 = Vehicle on ship
40 = Vehicle arrival at UK port
60 = Dispatched to dealer
70 = Vehicle arrived at dealer

I was told 38 is 3 to 6 weeks. Obviously it's busy right now too.

Is there somewhere you are seeing your code or did your dealer tell you it? I was hoping the 'My VW' app would track van orders but it only tracks cars at the moment

I get all my info from the VW chat. It's very random you just open the VW vans UK website and wait for the chat to pop up. Give them your order number and they'll update you.
