STOLEN T6 !!!!!!!!!!!

Unfortunately, from what I've been reading recently, it is probably already in a shipping container.
However - one last ditch try. Sometimes they park it a few miles away for a few days to see if it has a tracker on it first. Maybe worth driving down some cul de sacs and quiet roads to increase the chance of retrieval?

For info of Scottish members been a series of camper van thefts in the Tayside area with four stolen between Tuesday and Friday, three recovered so far. Don’t know what type of vehicles were targeted but will be on the look out.

I've done some research and found that picking the mechanical lock is surprisingly easy. However, I'm curious about how they managed to reprogram the immobilizer (not the radio, just the immobilizer). If anyone has firsthand experience or definite knowledge about reprogramming IMMO4, please share. I understand it involves either obtaining a PIN from the workshop or reading it from the EEPROM of the instrument cluster, but I'm not cecertain.i

I had a key programmed by timpsons before, £156 and they deleted the old key off the immobilisation and programmed the new key along with the one remaining key. Done it all through the obd port. The guy showed me how easy it was while doing it, which it was....just a simple push button process once they've gained access

A neighbours’s van was stolen from their drive on Hatton Park, just outside Warwick, last night at around 9:30pm.
It is a black T6.1, original reg BF72 HNN (changed now no doubt) which they had just started to convert into a camper. It has barn doors, velar 20inch alloys, windows added to side and back and no bulkhead. Also has a body kit.
Any info gratefully received
We’re just off to buy a Stoplock Pro and a couple of Apple AirTags!

How did they take it?

With the keys I assume?

.....

Post a couple of pics of the van too ?

Get your neighbour to drive around the local quiet streets/industrial estates etc. It was on this forum that it was suggested that scumbags sometimes stash the vehicles somewhere in case there is a tracker.
Small chance of finding it but what else can be done? Either that or it is in a container on its way to some far away land. Suppose that it is bad if there was a tracker - seeing it floating away from these shores and notalot can be done about it.

I've got a STOPLOCK PRO

the stanndard one has a barrel lock wich is pants and easily picked.

i went for the PRO modle that has the better lock/key.
