Stop Start fail. Engine won’t turn over.

Maybe a real mechanic would have diagnosed the fault for you……

Unfortunately though the same fault remains and the starter won’t turn over.

Try tapping the starter with a hammer a few times. Age old trick. Sometimes the gear gets stuck.
