I'm still not sure, what @Eli1264 is bringing to the party, at 1st I thought it was something rude, but now it seems, its clear, solid and smelly?

keep an eye out for more . . . .

Whatsapp groups are fantastic, but anyone with any sense will have a group that now has 40 participants muted, unless they are deaf or have a penchant for vibrating items in a pocket. So it is hard to keep up when you pop back in and have dozens of messages above to read through.

The problem is it's the same in a forum. You put key information on a thread and it quickly disappears if it's a popular topic like this one, and very few people, including me will read through every post, meaning stuff gets missed.

So on the basis of the two facts above, with potentially well over 100 people attending this weekend (all socially distancing of course) imagine how much your head will be spinning by the end of the weekend from all the chatter.

Bagsy the corner pitch facing outwards.

Its best to edit the 1st post on the 1st page with the key info..... then to just refer back the OP.

I've tried my best to keep up.

Bagsy next pitch to the corner then.... =)

I wanna keep the disco tent as far away from everything as possible.....

Large 8man tent, disco tent, van...... similar setup to last year . . . . . . Now just bigger and better for 2020.

There is a spot pretty much in the middle that's enclosed with low hedging that might be perfect for congregating, meaning most people will have a good element of privacy away from the music if wanted.
I'm going up there this afternoon to fetch my Motorhome, so I will get some pictures.

The way it worked last year is i got to site as early as I could, so I could personally greet those that I haven't actually met before. Its always a bit weird doing these things when you know members on here so well, but haven't actually met them in real life, and not everyone is comfortable in these situations, so hopefully you will be greeted by me and I will ask roughly what you want with regards to pitching, show you the area to go and let you get set up in your own time.
Going on last years weekend, people tend to gravitate towards certain groups to chat, then most just came together in the evening for drinks etc. I will hopefully get to chat to everyone and most I've already met before, so those that are new to these things will quickly realise its a relaxed affair and all are made to feel welcome and as involved as they wish.

As for the Thursday, I have two jobs on that day, the last one being in Grimsby, so i will come straight from that job to make sure everything is going OK, but I will have a plan drawn up for the early arrivals, just so they have a rough idea of what's going on.
Bare in mind that it officially starts on Friday, which I booked off already, so Thursday wasn't so easy for me to move customers.

Thanks ...brilliant :thumbsup::thumbsup::thumbsup:

I should arrive sometime after 3PM, as I am booked in at Transporter HQ for 2PM to have my V3 lights fitted.

We'll be there on Thursday evening, only will it be with the caravan or the tent? Test tow on Monday to see if I'm too low to tow!

What is Phenolic Ply and why use it? All panels are edge sealed, usually with acrylic paint, to minimise moisture penetration. These film faced plywood panels have improved resistance to abrasion, moisture penetration, chemicals, insects and fungi. They have a smooth, hygienic, easy to clean surface.

Below is the final list after a couple have had to cancel.

I am going to allow a couple more to join this list if anyone reading this wants to go, but hadn't got their name down in time.
This is a great opportunity if you are new to campers or new to the forum, to get some face to face time with a whole variety of different styles of campers. Even better if you are at the start of your conversion and you want first hand experience of different layouts. Or, at the start of the dreaded wheel/suspension and styling journey. We have a bit of everything in that department, including all levels of B14s, Solow and Air.
