Summer Weekend T6F Meet

Back home now (2.5hrs ... thanks everyone for great weekend,
Thank you @Tourershine for organising it,
Great Venue, Great company, Great people, Some great vans and hopefully you all enjoyed the entertainment.
it was awesome to finally put faces to names again . .
it was bigger and better than 2019`s summer camp.
looking forward to T6F BusFest-Reloaded sept 2020 meet.

For those that went, what was the feed back on the Disco Tent V2.0 / Entertainment?

Too much?
Not enough?
Too loud?
Too quiet?
Good Music playlist?
Preferred the location in the centre circle?
likes? dislikes? ideas? suggestions?

The ideas seemed to evolve over the weekend,
moving forward the suggested format would be:
Musics & Light entertainment etc in the Disco Tent area from 7pm - 12 midnight
with Fire Pits and communal area for everyone to meet, greet and have fun.
with the music volume being reduced from 10pm, then 11pm then off at midnight.

For us, DiscoTent 2.0 (TM) was great in that It adds a bit of atmosphere and made it feel a bit more cohesive and relaxed. Thumbs up from us!

Disco tent was great. Prob need some more modern stuff on the playlist mixed in for the kids and teenagers? The bigger the better for me
Prob need three firepits for the inner tree area.
Kids area worked great, Spaghetti moved down too. Great for the families to socialise and get to know each other. Bring your teenagers into this area too please as we had a big mix of ages on the site.
