T6.1 Audio and Head Unit Upgrade

Sorry if this has been posted about before but struggled to find specific post asking what im after.

Just bought a T6.1 Panel van for work after selling our t6.1 camper. The camper had the discover media unit in it which was great but the new work van does not!
Ideally id like to upgrade to either the discover media or discover media pro as well as digital dash as I like the look of the factory fitted look but from the brief search I've done seems to be fairly pricey but also limited people who can actually carry this out?

Have therefore been looking into aftermarket options, the Alpine halo 11 looks really smart but also have looked into the Kenwood DMX9720XD from transporter HQ which seems to retain usb's, SOS button etc... (understand DIGI dash probably not worth it with these)
Does anyone have any history with either of these or some other options that may be worth looking into?

would also like a plug and play speaker upgrade, any reccomedntions on these? the Alpine seems decent as well as the Gladens.

just a note, am based in the south coast but happy to travel for the right fitter but something nearer to me would be great!

We install a lot of Alpine Halo 905 and 11s over the Kenwood as the Kenwood does require some plastic removing , also the Kenwood moves the vehicle infomation and setting away from the touch screen on to the steering wheel controls, it’s clunky and graphically poor

When installing the Alpine we retain
sOS system
Vehicle info, settings on the touch screen
Oe microphone (again the Kenwood uses its own)
Factory parking graphics
Factory reverse camera
Fm/dab aerials
And both usb c sockets , inc illumination

Gladens are a better bet over the Alpines as smoother and better midbass
