News for the 2025 season
- Non-electric grass pitch: £29 per night (based on 2 people sharing).
- Electric grass pitch: £39 per night (based on 2 people sharing)
any extras will need to be added as per the sites standard booking procedure.

Right people, we are confirmed and setup with Brook Meadow for Summer camp. 1-3 Aug 2025
they have taken our weekend off public availability
until EASTER BANK HOLIDAY IN APRIL 2025
after that date the site goes out to public availability.
so we all need to BOOK NOW and pay the deposit to lock us in.
there are some EHU`s available, but you need to book now to get one before they sell out.
if we dont book early then the site will sell the remaining spaces to general public - the cut off point is Easter.
you can book as long as you like before the weekend and after the weekend. ie Thursday to Monday (what we normally do)
if you leave it till after Easter, then you might not get a booking - its first come first served, so if you want to be with the T6Forum Group. Book B4 Easter.

Booking Policy
- Check in after 12:30 for camping pitches or 2pm for glamping.
- Depart by 11:00am for camping and 10am for glamping
- All visitors must report to reception
- No loud music at any time.
- Quiet time and music off after 10pm
- Dogs are welcome and must be kept on a lead at all times and picked up after
- All tents or caravans that are groups larger than 6 pitches may be separated or asked to leave.
- Fires are allowed in raised fire pits only
- No persons under the age of 18 allowed unless accompanied by a parent/guardian
- Please keep to 5 miles per hour (walking pace) when driving to ensure safety of children and pets
- No wild swimming, paddle boarding or kayaking on the lake
- All guests to pay (refundable) damages deposits/behaviour bonds. Members of group bookings will have their deposits treated as one.
Cancellation Policy
- We do not offer refunds. Please see our full booking Terms & Conditions for further information. Brook Meadow strongly recommends you arrange adequate insurance to cover against cancellation should the unforeseen happen.
