Can I ask you B14 boys and girls a few questions, as I will be joining your club at some point in the new year .

Did you get H&R anti roll bars fitted too ?

If not do you wish you had ?

I’m only looking to drop 40 mm so approximately the minimum with b14 I believe?

I don’t want a firm ride but want to stop the side to side roll and want lowering for aesthetics really .
Opinions appreciated.

B14's won't stop the side to side movement.
It might make it feel slightly more planted, but if the side to side is your main issue, you'd be better off going 40mm lowering springs, and having H&R ARB's fitted.
The ARB's will reduce the side to side movement drastically, the springs will give you the 40mm you want.

I have both, and I'd normally say go for both if you can justify the cost.
If not and you have to choose, going on your requirements, it's springs and ARBs

Got B14’s on pretty much lowest setting. They do eliminate a reasonable amount of roll. That is compared to both a stock suspension van, and one on Eibach 40mm springs.
I like a nice tight all in line ride to keep it flat and planted on corners (and I don’t drive fast - I save that fun for work) and wish I had H&R ARB’s, just haven’t got the cash to get them.

My dads standard on the right....
