I've done 1000 miles in the last month, so getting lots of use. Its having a glass out respray this winter, I will be using it all year round
as it should be used.
If anyone has a Rusty Lee single seat swivel base on their van - I can happily recommend the 3D printed chocks supplied by @BognorMotors to eliminate seat wobble. Simple, but genius. Oli - please pass on my thanks to Simon for the top-notch service

Another week has passed at BMVS and here are some of the jobs we’ve been on top of.
Our 4Motion kombi now has adjustable rear adjustable bushes so we can set the suspension up 100% on our Hunter Elite.
Front speaker upgrade and sound deaden on this Transporter, we also added 10” under seat subwoofer in our custom box with separate amp. This is the go to system to upgrade your Transporter - sounds epic
This ‘special order’ Light Ivory DSG Transporter started life as a panel van, we did a full kombi conversion and some BMVS upgrades and it sold before it even hit the forecourt
This is how we carpet line a rear wheeel arch - From start to finish.

This van came to us with a poorly air install, and the tyres had worn up in sub 6000 miles. A full health check, some parts sorted, adjustable rear bushes, hunter and a new seat of wheels fitted (these are our spare wheels in the photo) that won’t rub.

A massive thank you to the team at @BognorMotors i spoke with Adam the Service Manager on Saturday and explained that I wanted my suspension upgraded before I go away on holiday on Friday. He was able to move a few things around and had a slot at 8am this morning.
The team were very helpful and professional.
I opted for the BMVS Edition Set up, initial reactions is the setup is amazing, no crashly ride and the van handles so much better. Well worth the 250 mile round trip!

They do look good. When I comes to it I’d definitely be interested. I am still on the fence as to look for a spotline lwb kombi when the new comes out!

Our new custom 2 piece Navis wheels have arrived - built to our design and specification, these. 8.5 x 20 have custom offsets with a wider rear lip to give the staggered effect - running 255/35 all round on @Solow Suspension air suspension. Being a 4motion it needed a square tyre setup.
