My main issue is trying to get one fitted this close to Xmas. Due to being flat out at work and also trying to find somewhere that can do it before people break up .They are saying it won’t be insured for theft until a trackers fitted. Think I’ll end up sleeping in it on the drive!!!! Obviously if I can find an insurance company that doesn’t specify that it will put my mind at ease .

Try Adrian Flux, they may be able to insure it and supply a tracker that you fit your self. Yes I know it sounds stupid but that's how they have insured my new MAN TGE camper conversion with a high value. See my experience here.
I was told the same by just kampers then it turned out the insurance with the tracker was more expensive than without! I wonder whether it’s more of an exercise in getting people to commit to a yearly contract on the tracker.
