if anyone could explain smartshount 300a I could see there few version (from 300 to 2k) what we use in terms of amps for ? Does 300a it’s enough for normal system or that depends of battery etc?

I believe 300A is ample for most builds. 300A shunt means the most that can pass through it is 300A so yeah, typically a standard 12v installation would have a 300A shunt. Unless @TallPaul_S wants to correct me on that

Rough guesstimate is 100A at 13V from the battery for each kilowatt out of your inverter.

Yeah 300a is plenty for most systems, 900w on my system is about 70a so 300a is good for 3500w or more.
