Travelin-Lite Black Friday Deals

Hi everyone I was tempted to by a GTT font end for my van for a while so when I noticed the 10% off for Black Friday at Travelin lite I decided to buy it . Problem is I got a bit carried away and also bought the RS rear bumper, parts came back from the painters yesterday looking very shiny. I am probably going to fit both when the weather improves as I have to work outside on my driveway ( unless we get an unexpected good spell ) I will post some photos during the fitting process.

Come on Mick your wishing your life away if your waiting for good weather ...it'll be spring before they're on!
You don't want to be using it and getting it sprayed by the gritter though

Hi JumpShip you are quite right I will probably get tired of waiting and fit the front over Xmas, the rear is a bit more complicated as I need to do a bit of fabrication to alter the exhaust so it fits the cutouts in the bumper .

I've got a new exhaust sat here waiting to be fitted but it's mizzling outdoors and the idea of rolling around cutting the old system off doesn't filled me with joy!

Hi mate unfortunately I have to take my wife for radiotherapy every day until 21st Dec due to breast cancer treatment so I need my van on the road just now but after a stressful year I’m looking forward to fitting the parts soon .

Ayup mate, good luck to your wife. Been there and done it ourselves ( unfortunately twice, bit like cars , fix one side then the other side breaks). Last week my wife’s just had the 5th year all clear at which point they stop sending for you every year.
Probably like us you have found it to be not as scary as first thought as the treatment ( for us anyway) was brilliant and also the people involved are amazing.

Thanks to everyone for the good wishes i will pass it on to her we are hoping for afresh start in the new year just one more minor operation to remove her chest port .
It would be nice to meet some of the forum members at one of the meets next year and put some faces to the names
