TSi MPG

I have a turbo hybrid from turbozentrum it's a bit smaller than TTE450.

Since my van was new I always go to the same Dyno for each stage.
Oem, Stage 1 , Stage 2, Stage 3.... so I have same base.
It is not the dyno from my tuner like that it's more neutral. But I get about same number on the Dyno from my tuner.

Here a Dyno from my Van. We have to pass it in 2 wheel drive (unplug haldex fuse) because the LWB 4motion is too long for the most Dyno's
this day it was sleeping on the dyno. why the bump at high rpm. the operator did not tight is well as he did not expect a T6 to make this kind of power.
I pay 50 euro each time for 2 pass on the Dyno.
I have to go back their with the new mod to see where I'm.

Impressive

TTE450 is superior to K04. So you don't need to be upset not to get K04
But K04 can be fit with a bit of plumbing on intake side. Many did it.

Forgot to say that my number's are with E85 that is available at the pump in France.
With 99 Ron my turbo would deliver max 370HP so in the K04 area. Just not to confused Uk people.

TTE450 with E85 should be in the 450HP region and 600NM

Hello,
yes my t6 is 2WD, program written for 98 fuel and i asked my tuner "make it safe" :)

Damn, spoke to MRC today and they wont do it due to the amount of development work involved. Seems that alot of companies dont want to touch it for some reason. Back on with the search then

I believe my manual clutch is slipping, Any recommendations is appreciated. Currently running 426nm torque.

I’ve had my 150 Tsi for a year now and regularly return 25-26 mpg ( local driving only mainly). Thought about a remap but was advised by a mate ( Merc main dealer mechanic) to try better fuel first. V power fuel certainly makes it feel a bit sharper and does return a better mpg but financially this improvement is negated by the much higher cost of the fuel compared with the shitty cheap(ish) supermarket stuff. Tbh I can live with 25-26 and not sure what the improvements would be with a remap and would the cost justify it.
Absolutely love the vehicle though, quiet, clean and no dpf issues if only doing local stuff, suiting my requirements perfectly.

Now this subject has been brought up again i can reveal for the last 2 years i have been ramdomly checking my MPG with the brim it method brim it again and see how many gallons it took divided into the mileage done and everytime its worked out to between 30 & 32 MPG and the driving is motorway towns and country lanes no remap camper conversion manual gearbox and the 150 version and E10 fuel if that helps anyone motorway driving kept to 65mph and cruise control used where possible this exccludes the M25:D.

Yes, that’s how I do it( full tank to full tank), gives a true value. Forgot to add I'm in a manual panel van with very little load carried. That sounds quite good if you’re a full camper conversion.
