Looking for someone local to East Midlands Airport that does a VCDS diagnostics service - trying to figure out the root cause of a wiper issue.

If I can resurrect this thread. Is there anyone in the Hinckley area able to help with VCDS on my van and able to do the coding for the speedo correction for bigger wheels? I’ve found the info off here to do it but I just not got access to VCDS
