If you have excessive ice in your fridge there are two sources;
1. Steam from hot food placed in the fridge / freezer to soon.
2. Ambient humidity, either leaving the door open too long or a leaking door seal.
To locate a leaking door seal put a bright torch in the fridge and check around the seal in the dark.
I had a poorly adjusted door on my Dometic CRX50 and found the small gap like this. 10 minutes to adjust and get a perfect seal. Saved on leisure battery and unnecessary defrosting.
