Webasto errors…

Hi, had the van a few weeks now. Have started to play about with the heating to see how it works etc. I noticed there is no HOT air coming from the vent and there seems to be some error code when I scroll through settings? An anyone help a newbie!!
Error codes:

H84
Te3
Te3
Also I’m assuming it is connected to the leisure battery? Or do I need electric for it to work! ? Sorry am very new

Is it a factory fit one? And is it all the time or just whilst the engine is warming up? I've just started with a problem where the heater is running sporadically and nearly flattened the battery. Turns out the ecu for the heater is sh@gged, but luckily you can buy it separately for about £415

All the time just runs cold

It’s a professional conversion by camper king
 
Nearly every time there is a issue with a Webasto it’s a battery related problem
