Welcome new members

Hi all, a new'ish member from sunny Sheffield. Had the T6 a few months just starting to fettle with it. Looks like fully signing up will be worth it
Welcome and yes loads of advice for a small yearly fee
Best of luck and enjoy

@Drive Wayne @rayd8or I’m heading over that way for a weekend at the old bush inn site just south of Worcester. Any advice on places to go (will be walking mostly due to our thirst). Worth going to Worcester for the Sunday?
Hi, not too far from where you're staying is The Blue Bell Inn in Callow End, great reviews and been there myself, food until 8pm. Obviously Malvern is not far and if you're into Wetherspoons, The Foley Arms in Great Malvern offers the usual fare but with amazing views over Worcestershire. Plus opposite The Foley Arms is a steep walk up St Ann's Road and onto the Malvern Hills passing St Ann's Well with Malvern spring water you can try (free out of a spring in the wall). Worcester itself is a lovely little City. Been here 42 years. Plenty of eateries, depends what you like, but being such a small place everything is pretty close. Our wonderful Cathedral is always worth a look and there is a nice flat circular walk around our often flooded (ok at the moment!) River Severn, which you can get to from the rear of the Cathedral, just turn left onto the riverside path until you get to Diglis footbridge, cross it and head back up the other side. Shopping is 'anywhere Britain' so all the usual you'd expect in any town. For pubs in Worcester, if you like quirky The Plough in Deansway (200yds from the Cathedral) is good, Wetherspoon, The Crown in Broad Street and opposite is a new micro pub The Cocky Anchor. If you let me know what you're looking for in particular, just ask. Enjoy your trip!

The Malvern Hills is a fantastic walk, one of my favourite Indian restaurants in Malvern called the Anupam. Malvern itself is a pleasant walk around for the ladies!
Upton on Severn is a pleasant visit too!
My mum would be more than happy to cater for you in Fernhill Heath! Makes a good cup of tea!
Worcester itself used to be a pleasant shopping experience but I haven't been in the town centre for years...

Hi all
Just got a 2016 T6 allready converted, will post pics later when have them.
Previosly had T4 V6 24valve caravelle, and numerous T25's.

Hi all
Finally picked up the van, today, full conversion done by camper versions. We’ve only driven the van home and gone back to work so not got to grips with it yet.
The van looks great , and we will have a good play around with it tomorrow.
No doubt loads of questions will follow!

Beautiful, loving the twinkly Bedboard underside lights too! Glad I'm not the only one with those! Lovely van!

I'm looking to buy a T6 panel van, slowly retrofit what I need feature-wise, and convert it into a camper. I'm finding some close to ~200k km ones. As far as I read about VW EA288 common faults, seems that I might still be able to roll to 300-350k km and accept possible injector fault risks and other common diesel engine problems. Common Problems and Issues on VW 2.0 TDI Engines

- What u think? Is this reasonable?
- Is there a good comparison matrix somewhere between trim levels somewhere?
- Maybe some website with good feature reviews, matrix to see what would be good to have? Maybe need to browse through the dealer website, but I'm not sure if they give this info detailed level. Maybe some online catalog somewhere?
- And what about software, the obd2 tool used for VW transporters to mess with the system during retrofits?

Joined the T6 club this week... given it a deepish clean today.

Booked into the main dealer on Monday for a oil change service and to check a couple of faults including the dreaded Nox Sensor (engine management light came on) and to pressure test the cooling system for leaks (I think there may be a slow one).
