Westfalia BC60 Tow Ball Mounted 2 Bike Carrier

Hello all, Trying to see if any has got one of these bike racks? Westfalia BC60... They look good and not bad price wise compared to the Thule system and have a good platform / box that can go on the back as well as an option. Now the biggy is... will the tailgate clear it ?

From what I read previously when trying to decide which to get for myself the BC60 does not tilt back to allow tailgate to open. I have got the Astrada DL3 which is a great bit of kit.
