More Wold for me, and found this on top of the cupboard for Mrs CAB.



Interesting beer this one. Aroma reminiscent of a sauvignon blanc. Floral and a hint of citrus, but not overly so.

Too much! A few Tribute while cooking followed by “waxed bat” while dining! Mother-in-law has rocked up, so anything “bat” related seems appropriate!!!

Piss-taking aside....and before I get flamed... “waxed bat” is exceptionally smooth. Lovely with a steak.

Boris can go “do one” - grandma/mother-in-law visiting is as much a “mental welfare” issue as it is a public safety issue. We and her have been shielding for months to allow this visit. She has nothing in the house as she was coming here....her hope of getting a delivery is zero now, yet the risk of her going shopping is immense. We are “following the science” in taking her from her home in Tier 2 to our home in Tier 2!
