What are you.... EATING tonight/today?

That’s tomorrow for me.....tonight is “food coma” and some more booze (medicinal purposes naturally as the kids have been bouncing off the walls all day!)
Eat all of the kids sweets at the same time, save yourself the same kids bouncing of the walls trauma tomorrow.

Do you know with all the excellent banter on here I am very much looking forward to meeting up with you all, my fellow T6 nutters.

Should be a proper laugh  :D

I think that is a widely-shared sentiment. The lockdowns are frustrating and I’m sure that many would enjoy a wee “blowout” of a meet as soon as Covid allows us out to play again. On the other hand, I also think this forum has afforded many an opportunity to engage, have a chat, seek pointers/guidance on challenges, and celebrate successes, even small ones.
Having an opportunity to meet up, put a face to a name, have a beer or two (or even a beer too many!) would be great. I’d definitely be up for that!
(But, I’ve been reminded that I can’t do the July bash as we are booked to start a fortnight in Cornwall the following weekend!!!)

Ok, who has gone for a sneaky couple of slices of turkey, ham, pigs in blankets, various stuffings etc?

Asking for a friend!;)

Currently banished to sofa after the sprouts reintroducing themselves comedy gold to me apparently not funny to the misses
I intend to spend the day injecting the sofa...! (And then be banished to the garage!!!)

Chinese tonight, can’t be eating any more dry turkey.
Brave, very brave!

Even if the turkey was like chewing cardboard, you’re supposed to exclaim something along the lines of: “I think this is the best turkey we’ve had yet, darling!”

*Chapter 3 of my “Surviving Xmas at home or inlaw’s guide”!!!

Even my wife has had enough turkey meat, the foxes can have the rest.
