Nope as the paint is rather thick. I also used a heat gun to speed up the drying.

Tell me about it, big holes being cut It's a local company i have been talking to for the last 6/7 months, he recently started up on his own last year after 16 years experience of conversions working for other local companies, It's a 30 second walk from my desk at work so easy to check progress and discuss questions if required.

Hopefully 4 weeks with a bit of a gap in the middle.

Got round to doing my puncture luckily was right in the middle so no worries there

Did some sound deadening and insulating. 3mm sound deadening in the cabin floor and roof, and some 13mm closed-cell insulation under the headliner. To be continued.

Just a service 19.5k miles.

I replaced my faulty EGR Cooler and split exhaust elbow which was causing exhaust fumes into the cab and glycol leaking into the engine

Today I designed and printed a simple snake-shaped headrest hanger to hang bags and such.

The cool thing is that you can hang things from both sides and you don't have ugly and dangerous hooks. No hooks means it can be slim and is super easy to print.
