The steering felt noticeably lighter in the 6.1, getting back into mine, it's heavier but definitely a bit more feel.
I sat in a 6.1 highline DSG in the showroom and I could live with that - tbh with the bulkhead (my seat was pushed right against it - could have done with more room) and the congested pedal area in the manual startline, it just felt very cramped.
