What Have You Done To Your Van Today?

You having anything done on the 16th from the nice bloke at Cannock?
Sadly no, but he's only up the road from me, a veritable neighbour!
I would like the Nutella treatment though, and colourful calipers, but what colour do you do on a 'primered' van?! So boring I am...

As good as they look, I have no accent colours on the Ascot Grey, Black and shiny would be the only colour that 'fits' at the moment, but I already have black and grubby calipers which look good if you squint your eyes a bit! On the other hand I could have the underside of the wing mirrors sprayed which might have the desired effect.
Might consider if those calipers fell into my hands at 'forum' prices! (less 75% in this case).
What colour are you having on yours?

Been sat in the garage, safe & secure for a longer time than they should have been.

I've just had to dig up a picture of Buster! I couldn't remember you having little red bits! (As it were)!
You have John! It might even work on the Bamboo!
Looking forward to pics of your little red bits next month!

Yeah, mine are a bugger too.
I've also noticed that it gets water in the bottom channel inside, I've just assumed that's the draining design as it never leaks in to the van. I'd be interested to know if you or anyone else has noticed the same?

Not noticed any water in the channel TBH, but then I'm probably too knackered to look/care after the exertion required to open the bloody things!

WRT "it never leaks" - never is a long time!

When you say 'bottom channel' do you mean the channel the sliding part slides in? There's a drain hole at each end of this which should (provided it's not become detached) drain to the outside.

FYI you can give the seals a helping band by inserting 4mm foam cord into them, I've done that on mine and they're fully watertight (maybe a few drops on the vertical front section) Vs before I had puddles in the sliding door step.
