not a star wars fan but do appreciate a bit of ascii animation...as you say, must have taken an age to doStretching the limit of the thread title, but if you telnet to towel.blinkenlights.nl they have the whole of Star Wars in ASCII animation. It's mega! Must have been so much work....

But yeah, I know what you mean.We recently started on this, in to series 2 at the moment... its certainly not one to put on in the background and drop in and out of as i find im constantly trying to figure out 'when' and 'who' if you follow what i mean without giving any spoilers!
You're right - I can remember thinking at the time how 'Skippy The Bush Kangaroo' never managed to pick up more awards - he was a seriously clever little chap (chapess?).........as there's a few decent Australian series from time to time.......
