Isn’t the load area on a T30 SWB bigger than the passenger area?

Sorry Banj i missed the point, T30 can not carry a tonne therefore it would not count, even though the load area is bigger

it would, as it states, either of the following conditions so as point no 2 is valid, so it would count ?

I knew the end spec that I wanted - camper with windows, single passenger seat, tailgate.
I knew what it would cost to add things like a single seat afterwards, I also knew what I could sell the Kombi seats for.
So then I knew what my cut-off prices were when I went shopping for the different specs.

In the end I bought a Kombi and sold the rear seats.

Even if the van meets either or both of those conditions it's still a bit of a mine field, if the might of Coca Cola couldn't convince a judge that the Kombi's are commercial vehicles then good luck to the average Joe Bloggs -
