How do you search with AI ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
Use Google Lens to take a picture of your picture and look at the online images and sites it's search brings up... 66 yr old numpty here with 30 odd year old kids who can't resist letting Dad in on some of their cheats.

Last one's possibly Bola but if you like that look try Judd too, not sure on the multispoke wheels on the silver camper but be aware you're looking at lowered vans and staggered wheels and probably 35 profile tyres so buying a set of 8.5" wide 18" or 20"wheels with taller profile tyres on stock suspension may well look shitely different. 
Just had another look at the silver camper and look like Innovit Torque wheels so 20" and probably staggered with 8.5 at the front and 10" at the rear, they will be different offsets and quite likely different profile tyres too.
Give somebody like Chris @The Van Cave a call.

I also worked out that the silver ones are Inovit Torques!
