Wheels stuck on

Have you tried to loosen the bolts a little then move the van a few meters. I had the same issue a while back.
+1 for this method. loosening the bolts a bit (id undo, then do up again finger tight) and driving slowly isn't going to result in the wheels falling off. The spigot in the middle of the wheel is still going to be supporting the weight of the vehicle but without the clamping force of the bolts the corrosion will break free as the wheel rotates.

Whilst swinging a mallet/kicking the wheels with the bolts removed will also work, there is always the possibility of causing damage this way also if you miss-hit/kick something (i may have done this on a past vehicle!)

Hi im at a loss
I can not get my wheels off to change to 20s.
Day 2 has beat me again
I've tried fronts and rears and cant budge them,
Before any smart a''' says take bolts out first i have LOL

has any one got any tips tricks hacks to get them off?
I too had this same issue with my first ever T6 puncture. Felt like the wheel was welded on. I eventually called the VW Assistance and the guy came out, he couldn't get it off by hand either and then used a leather covered mallet to belt it a few times and hey presto it was off.

Seems to need a lot of force if it isn't coppergreased.

Is this your van @Dellmassive ?
No,

Just a generic Google search pic, for the purpose of showing where and how to do it.

Mines setup with OEM sportline suspension and standard long exhaust.... Newer models have the short exhaust the ends by the rear axle.

I've done a few things they guys have said. Best approach seems to be the give it a swift kick, whilst sitting on the floor right, on the edge of the tyre. The mallet will help as well as stuck components like the shock loading.

If you’re really stuck try using the jack and piece of wood as a spacer between the insides of the tyres. Make sure the wheel bolts are loose or it’s going to result in damage.

I use a big rubber thumpometer.

The first job I did when we got the new Tig was to copper grease the mounting faces and spiggots. Oh, and swap the locking bolts for standard ones. All the vehicles in the 'fleet' have had their wheels hammered off, cleaned up, greased and de-locked now.
