Where Have You Been In Your Van Today?

Nice! I wish we'd abandoned Wales last night. Had to decamp in the howling rain and has taken 4 hours to the M4 (with a lunch and tea break)
Luckily, I could put up the awning to dry and pack it away again single handed, 60 secs up, 60 seconds down :-D

We are staying just outside Canterbury at the end of the month (first trip of the year!), would be great to have some recommendations for the area.

Currently doing some research but some additional help may be required :)
You’ll have to go to whitstable for fish and chips at the crab and winkle in the harbour, you can get fresh oysters if you partial to phlegm in a shell lol, nice long coastal walks, Hampton inn is a nice pub right on Hampton pier does nice food too, Canterbury is ok can be really busy, got some churchy thing there people bang on about, I quite like the Aldi there pretty much all the coast is lovely, where abouts are you actually staying, have to watch out if your in a camper as lots of the coastal bits are restricted no campers after certain times like half eight in the evenings but I’ve never had an issue, also pop to faversham nice to mooch about round there

Isle of Skye for 5 days, hill running and local Skye beer drinking with my van, fabulous fun. Pretty good weather too although I’ve had some snow & hail.

Just ran out of the van to take a photo of the info board, have now found out about the Dent Fault and the Howgills.

Apparently you can walk down to the river and see the fault, but it's blowing a hoolie and I have tea and M&S mini pork pies in the van :slow rofl:
