Where Have You Been In Your Van Today?

Lathkill Dale campsite if I’m not mistaken, near Bakewell. Cracking little site. Well done for creating some happy memories for your daughter - looks like she’s having a whale of a time!
That’s the one! My first visit, quite unique in the sense that all the pitches are in their own ‘glade’ and very private. I found it by chance after ringing round sites for last minute availability

Parked up at Easewell Farm, Mortehoe (N Devon). Surprisingly warm (20°) and deffo T Shirt conditions (but a bit chilly at night and in the morning). As the old postcard message said 'Weather here, wish you were beautiful'. Woolacombe also looked nice after a hike along a section of the coastal path.20220502_172022 Sans.jpg.

How is this even possible?
Very envious. On our recent trip we got 34mpg, with long term consumption over about 2000 miles of 35mpg.
I've absolutely no idea. At some point in the journey it even showed just over 60mpg. However, every journey since, the mpg has reverted to late 30s on a good run. Perhaps I was jut oblivious to strong winds projecting me forwards.

And I thought camping space was at a premium! Here we are a solitary van.

Site is Bishops Lydeard Caravan and Camping Site in west Somerset. It’s very near the West Somerset Railway to Minehead which we wanted to ride. Site has electric hookups and basic water and toilet facilities.
