Evening trip to Vienna to the Rathaus Christmas market.
The parking app is a pain to register and all in German and so when the young lad told me it’s only a €36 fine I decided that parking as close as possible and paying it was like paying for VIP/valet parking anywhere else

although I’ve mud and snow tyres I think next time I’ll go pure winter.
Couple of situations where been a bit stuck however using my brain got me out of it and wondering full winter would have done the job straight away ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Drove Buster back to his conversion birthplace for a few last of year tweaks / upgrades

Sorry for the constant updates but hey it’s fun to share.
Early start for fresh tracks to find resort closed due to winds - i walked to the lifts. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
Got a lift back from nice Slovak man (ex luge Olympian and USA head luge coach) - collected my bus then followed him 27kms
He’s in a 4x4 superb with full winter tyres and at one point near end of trip he was sideways round a bend. The bus and her mud and snow tyres coped admirably.
Definetely coped better than the ML without I assume appropriate tyres.

For the snowboarders out there been riding double strapped 11min laps on this lift/piste. I know it’s normal for you skiers
2mins down.
9 mins up.
Fresh soft pistes and hardly a soul about. It’s better than a poke in the eye.
Lifties on this side don’t care about taking back foot out
A trip to the local piste just down the road. Its simple and small and you can do 5 laps in your one hour lift pass so a nice way to start the day.
Today was icy as hell though.
The snow has all but gone everywhere around here.
Big snow dump to wake up to on 24th then no snow by 26th.

Had a double take at your first picture, never realised your van is pretty much the twin of ours externally
