Where Have You Been In Your Van Today?

Where abouts ? And are there any facilities ?
Pont a Brac, just next to Nonaville. It’s appropriately named as there is absolutely nothing there. But there are services €2 for 100litres of water. Only 4 spaces but next to a picnic area and very quiet.
We are just in Alencon at the moment on the car park that according to SFS is an overnight spot. Lovely town. We are leaving shortly as we are getting the 0630 ferry from Dieppe so going to move closer.

Camping sainte claire at Neufchâtel-en-Bray i can highly recommend.
Little camping car type automated barrier site with a toilet block, lecky, water etc .
14€ a night . Walking distance of everything and 40 mins away from Dieppe

WATCH the tolls on that stretch between Le man and Neufchâtel its damn expensive!!

Thanks.
My satnav is in full Yorkshire mode - set to avoid all tolls.

@LondonLad if you are fairly fit, there isn’t too much snow and you have a strong pair of boots it’s possible to get to almost 3000m on Sassopiato without specialist climbing gear or ropes.
It takes a full day but the views are amazing, last time I did it we could see Mont Blanc and well into the Austrian Alpes.

I did the 3 cable cars to the top of Marmaloda, 3,200m or thereabouts! It's not open until 29th June though.

We live less than a 1/4 mile from the Gladstone Museum and it’s great, but the rest of the sh[t hole (Neckend) or Longton
isn’t very nice but after 74 years living here it’s to late to move.

John.
There's a 'town' quite close to us, in the Walsall postcode area that has that many windows boarded up the window cleaner goes round with a sander, the shops, 'Sale on while shop lasts', all the tins have a 'steal by' date on them, I came out of one of those shops and an XL Bully walked past me with a stick in its mouth, if a dog like that has to be armed you know it's rough!
Think yourself lucky John!

Stayed at Luss Campsite last night and parked up today at the Lodge on the Loch. The boss is a hairdresser so she's doing a wedding hair. Stayed last night as it saved getting up at 6am to drive about and hour and a half. View attachment 239550
Forgot to say my leg is still in a cast, managed to drive the 1 minute 5mph drive from campsite to the venue after being allowed to sleep in with the dogs. Jack Daniels and Coke poured for 12 isn't bad is it ?

Yeah the boss is driving the rest of the day
