PS. I should also have said that the cost included a £9 discount for ‘returning guests’.A rare bargain in these isles but I think the price will go up dramatically for the coming school break!

I normally spend the first few hours of rain adapting the poles etc on our debus awning to get the perfect runoff and coverage. Keeps me entertained on rainy days! The skies over North Devon are starting to look a bit dodgy as well starting. We decided to take the Kiravans Railsail awning down this morning and put up the (new to us) Debus Sun Canopy as we've not used it in anger yet. Quite pleased with the amount of coverage it gives and also with my home made side walls which I hope give a bit of extra protection and privacy (only fixed one side though!). Just got to wait for the rain now.View attachment 242316

Nah - quite happy with the LWB T6You after something bigger John ?
We use our Debus for everything. It’s fine in the wet. Easy to lower a corner for it to drain or to keep diving wind and rain out. Stil waterproof after nearly 4 years.Did you get an extra pole? Mine only came with 3
So far I've only used mine as a sun shade once or twice - will be interested how well you find it works in some wet stuff
Are you heading over to Dalsnibba? There’s amazing views up there.View attachment 242349View attachment 242350View attachment 242348Now in our van for a night before we move off tomorrow, after a couple of nights in a splendid Norwegian cabin on the same site, Vinje Camping at the beautiful, but busy when the ships are in,Geiranger. Not many here at all and the weather is awesome!
£20 a night and the facilities are immaculate…the kind of thing you’d expect in an upmarket hotel!
In our three weeks we’ve been here we’ve only seen three other Uk plates, none T6, although apart from the Mohos the T6 seem pretty common all told for work and play.
When the cruise ships clear out it is pretty quiet.
