In a wet and windy Weymouth/ Portland. Was gusting 50mph over night. Everything in the van is soaked. Have had to drop the roof as worried about the level of wind. Rain started to leach through the canvas.
Have left the canvas hanging through the front apperture with the gas heating on, with towels on the front seats to catch the drips, to try and dry the canvas out a bit.

I was in Ewelme two weekends ago when I got called to a 10pump field fire that was spreading towards the Grundons site. That was a great day as I got up in the Police helicopter to be able to command the troops as to where the fire front was developing.
Pop over to the sailing club car park if your’e still in the area, and i’ll stick the kettle on.
Whereabouts were you? It’s finally stopped raining now! Got the roof back up trying to dry it all out.
I was parked on the Quayside by the Fish market at around 13:30 as had to nip into Weymouth myself.
Did you manage to choose your leather and pattern? All systems go for a lovely bit of retrimming @Olly hall?

Yes all sorted! Even had a custom dog bed made up to match the seats! Cannot wait for the 24th August! Will update with pics then @DaveyB

He was happy to meet up on a Sunday to put our minds at rest, and seems like a top guy, oli @BognorMotors uses him but proof will be in the pudding @Davenjo pics will be over on the 24th

Isle of Skye, Dunvegan coral beaches and the fairy pools no van picture to f****** wet. 
@David Breed did you swim in the fairy pools, I went in sept last year and was encouraged to take a dip, stunningly clear water but bloody freezing!!
