We usually use the 3 pin plug and take into the hotel with us! Im sure I have left them with no problem though- they are only small
Just looked, and that's not big enough for us.

Yes it is fine off the leisure battery (set at 5degC) and when on hook up it automatically switches to the site supply.Have you left this running overnight before?
Google is your friendJust looked them up and they are based in South Africa?
You’re welcome. They are scarily expensive but a cracking bit of kit. They double up as a handy bench seat tooCheers mate
weve got one of these 3-way fridges too, much better than the thermo electric cooler boxes. so far just used on 12vdc & 240vachave a quest( go outdoors )12v\ mains and gas as above post says drains battery quickly but on move ok as plug in to 12v supply but does get a bit warm in use never tried on gas usually leave plugged in to mains til last minute then add pre chilled beer\food keeps mates happy
Compressor fridges use much less 12v battery power than the thermo electric ones.... but are much more expensive.
I'd be interested too in any recommendations from people who run compressor mobile fridges or other.
We run 2x campingas 12/240v mobile fridge/coolbox which are fine when the engine is running.... but will kill the battery dead in 24hrs.
