Work van Wednesday

WVW
Expensive start to the day, another set of 4 tyres.

Then I drove all the way to the other side of Tavistock for a design meeting that nobody else bothered with.

I’ve bought the following, 3m is enough and protects the top when cut to size.

It smells for a while but prevents scratches:

WVW. A couple of tonnes of hardcore tipped last week.

Spontaneous explosion of a can of foam. I think a seam on the can split while I was up a ladder, luckily a lobbed it straight into the trailer and let it fizz away..... That would have been a disaster if I'd been inside anywhere, or it had been in the van at the bottom of a pile of stuff like it was 20 mins prior...

I've had one go in the back of the van a few years ago, caused a right mess.

Yes, I'm afraid I can also attest that you can throw an aerosol of it around all day on site and it'll be fine, but the minute you put a can of expanding foam in the back of your T6 it will find a saw or other sharp item to rub up against in order to puncture itself and create a whole world of pain for you.

My WVW was treated to a new timing belt etc today. Exciting for all you lovers out there. Ha. Again.... Small print. I expected to be covered for another 60000 miles or 6 years... But know. 1 year! Lol
