When you deleted the DPF, did you physically remove the guts of the DPF or just delete it in the software?

Whats the mileage on your 150? For just Ad Blue delete, you wouldnt need the other modifications, ad blue is injected into the exhaust.

From what I’ve read online the adblue tank is around 13litres. Do you know what any of the negative knock on effects are from deleting it?

56k I appreciate Adblue can be done on it's own but it was suggested that the other bits could be done at the same time, at not too much additional cost and be beneficial

That’s not cheap either, I did ring a few places and it would be cheaper just to get the issue sorted at a main stealer, also an ad blue delete is apparently pretty complicated to achieve and has all sorts of negative knock on affects.

So. I’ve did drain it, left it for a couple of hundred miles. Topped up with about 8litres, left for 30 seconds, took it for a little drive and still the same. It’s gonna go to a garage and see what’s up. If it doesn’t pan out, is it worth doing a ad blue delete, thoughts?

cant be done with VCDS. you need the engine computer remapped, to software delete the Ad Blue, EGR, DPF etc. (assuming its for off road use) not sure how they they do it in practice, fudge the numbers in excel lol - who knows. its Black magic with an unknown outcome? (unless dyno tested, or...

Just had new clutch/ flywheel dual-mass before I mapped first time , only ad blue delete . Was running 185bhp /470 Running great, before pump in tank went .

Engine only had ad blue delete at that time ,.. Wanted torque 470 nm could have take it to over 200bhp but didn't Yeah it's back on dyno Monday, and if it doesn't make power , injectors are coming out !
