Swapped the DLR ballast from headlight unit (There are two, one is for headlight and the other is DLR) with the Drivers side DLR ballast to confirm bad passenger side DLR ballast first.

H4 and H7 headlamp bulbs are fed directly from the BCM.
Ballast is a reference to a "power supply module" on a High-Intensity Discharge (HID) lights, aka Xenon lights.
Messes with mine too. If you're that bothered you can fit some sort of ballast resistor to fool the HU into thinking speakers are connected instead of an amp.

It could be the common fault of the DRL connector burnt out. Caravelle has H7 units and the bulb holder was upgraded following many failures. Easy way to identify is check if there are wires attached to the bulb holder. The original does not and picks up the feed from the headlight housing...
Possibly the Ballast for the headlight is starting to show signs of failing or a loose earth connection either in the plug or iirc under the scuttle panel
I have one of these. great trailer. Had a tonne scoop of ballast and gravel on numerous occasion. Got greedy boards also.
Good size easy to manhandle and where I live they are small enough not to require a pass for the local tip. Can’t tow it in with van though lol
