I had the same dpf code a year ago. Reason it says it's missing is cos the two pressure sensors are not noticing a difference in pressure as the dpf fills up before regen ( one before and one after dpf) mine had broken down so big hole inside so all gas going straight threw. Mpg was amazing...

DPF Control – VAG CR Group + DIODE

Under the fabric is the differential pressure sensor for the DPF. The two rubber pipes connecting in are from either side of the DPF to measure the pressure variation.

OP says dpf and EGR remap? So was the EGR blanked off and mapped out? The DPF is probably clogged with burnt crusty oil... So was this mashed though and mapped out? Official route on a new turbo is to replace the cat,dpf and oxygen sensor.... But thats costly.

I've had EGR (internals), adblue, dpf delete with no emission or smoke issues at MOT test…. runs superb

I don't know, unless - far fetched - but Has the new DPF been adapted to the vehicle - i.e. ECU is aware about the DPF been replaced. Yes, it's the normal place to detect soot passing through. See in threads below...
