Took my t6 102 euro 6 ,to Stoke this morning for a Pendle remap on the Ti Motorsport Dyno, dropped it off at 830, drove away at 11 am . 104 bhp when it went in and 154 bhp when I drove it out . Top work friendly professional guys ,if you thinking of a remap give em a go

hmmm... that's definitely a candidate for air leak. I believe the way forward would be to repair/replace the EGR pipes + check the air intake piping for loose connections. I wouldn't be surprised if that would be all. Anyways, have you cleared the codes after you pushed the sheared pipe into...

Just had a week in Pembrokeshire. Its ace as ever not too crowded around the north coast. Tested out the pendle remap on the 102 euro 6 ,its transformed the van, better on fuel but just more relaxing to drive

So. On the way to my 3 week europe tour, the dreaded engine light came on. I popped home and plugged in my Carista. Yep, the EGR code come up. I reset using the Carista, and the light came back on after every 200 miles or so. I kept switching it off with no issues. No loss of power, juddering...

You can find it hard to believe if you wish but do some research. This is a known thing with the eu6 102.

You are correct. REVO no longer do a REMAP for the 102 Euro 6 van. Rgds Ian

I've not read about any on here doing stage 2. But knowing concerns about the 102 turbos I would imagine that would be one thing to consider replacing.
