Aftermarket heated seats

Hi - recently purchased a t6.1 camper. The van has the OEM wiring/buttons for heated seats however the seats in the van are not heated and don't have the elements.

If i purchase after market heated seat elements, is it possible to plug these into the OEM heated seat wiring/socket?

Hi, would the wires from the factory fitted heating elements work , I’m have fitting Mk7 Golf GTI seats with heat into my T6.1
