Air filter box bolt

Evening all, have noticed that my airbox rattles around a lot and after having a look tonight I have seen the front bolt fixing is missing, does anyone know what type and size of bolt it should be please?

Its the one marked number 11:

Never mind, tried a few and found one that fits, still seems very wobbly though, it moves quite a lot from left to right, do others do this?

VW Part Number: N 104 827 01 and it is M6 X 35mm long bolt, Bracket that the bolt fixes to is Riveted so maybe loose. Only seems to be one bolt that holds the air filter housing down looking at the parts diagram.
