Bloody neighbours.

When I was in the forces we used to get beasted which we took like men. This generation I think are called snowflakes and leave within weeks back to there mums :fast rofl:

Edit:-
Let’s keep this thread on track as it could get nasty.
We all make mistakes, both men and women behind the wheel.
“Back in my day” we still get it mate don’t worry (I can’t put any emojis in to make this look like banter)

Well, away from the drama the update is. It's gone through insurance, she admitted full liability. Slipped off the clutch in 1st trying to reverse into her drive.
The van is being collected on Monday for repair.
Fortunately I have the T6 so can still get to site/work.

I must say it’s not entirely sexist to observe that when I go to my daughter’s school (private school) the mums drive huge 4x4 mainly range rovers. They drive these with little regard to others on road, they drive them as go karts accelerating then braking sharply not realising taking foot of accelerator pedal slows you down !

That also reads as boy racers in their Golf GTI's etc.

I have renamed this thread in the interests of inclusion and non-discrimination.

I have issues with kids on bikes scratching vehicles..... £400 repair and parents are not interested at all in taking responsibility.

I wonder how many of these ladies drive large 4x4s cause the husbands want a big car but never do a school run, my sister in law was very happy with her mini but no my brother insisted that the family car was a monster even though he spent all his time driving his company car.

You are not offending wet wipes just showing your lack of empathy.
The world isn’t empathetic. Unfortunately we have a generation of young adults that were “mis-sold” a rosy view of the future. They were told that the world was a warm un-threatening place where they could be anything they wanted to be, and the world would love them for it…. And then they went out into that world & can’t cope with the reality. Hence they have mental health problems. The world is a very cruel, hard place and it’s still a case of survival of the fittest. Whether it’s dodging bombs & bullets in Eastern Europe or climbing the corporate ladder in the workplace. Unfortunately a little empathy goes a long way.
I’ll get mi coat.

The world hasn't changed. It was always hard to exist in, you need some mental fortitude to get through, which we were always taught, and has always been necessary, this generation just seem to have skipped that part and grown up spineless and stupid. Let's face it, anyone who looks at a single snapshot online and thinks that persons whole life is like that one nanosecond in the picture, and then goes and gets depressed about it, is really stupid.
If this planet was not as developed (or fubar) as we have made it, this generation would be food for something much bigger than us.
(I'll get off me soapbox now)

They're pre-disposed to get upset. They want to be upset. It's more acceptable to their messed up peer group to be weak and whiney.

Come the revolution....
:-D
