We are in the same position, devastated to read this thread. Our van has been with them since Nov 21 and have been receiving the same stories as sounds like others have regards reasons for delays. I have messaged 2018 to ask to be added to the WhatsApp group.
 
Hi, Yes our van is currently with them, but we are starting to get concerned, even more so after reading this thread. It went in on the 16th May, I emailed on Mon just to get a casual update as it had been 3 weeks and we have still not received a completion date, I emailed Mon, then Wed and nothing, called yesterday and was told I'd get a call back, emailed again this morning saying I'd like to know the situation before the weekend. We initially went on their good reviews, although in hindsight the reviews are a little old and there seems to be no recent ones, good or bad. All our initial meetings and communication was great, although we did hear the story about them getting another customers colours wrong which did spark anxiety for me. We are now unsure what to do, we suspect they have not started it yet and it's been in almost a month now. We are not demanding or pushy people, but do feel we have the right to a progress update every 3 or 4 weeks. If we pull it out seems we will have trouble getting our deposit money back from what I have read on here? They are really nice people and it seems the final conversions are great, but I'm not comfortable with the lack of communication and update.
Just in case you're not yet aware, the company were declare bankrupt this week.

Hi, if you can prove that you are a genuine customer via private message we can add you to a private group chat? We have had people trying to join that are affiliated with Bus Stop Campers, so need to make sure everyone is genuine.
 
Just wow, what a truly awful situation. I really hope people get their money and vehicles back asap.

A 3am visit to the directors home address might make them willing to discuss where your vehicles are.

So I dropped my van off with the guys about 5 weeks again and have just come across this post they have about £12500 and my van can I be added to the group please so I can get some updates and give my input
 
They have my van. Similar story to the above. Endless broken promises and excuses. I tried calling them every day last week and it always went straight to answerphone. Now I know why. I would like to join the alliance. @2018 i’ve sent you a message.

My van has a tracker so at least I know it’s still there and hasn’t been started for a week.
I made payments using my credit card only, so I’ll be in touch with their disputes department on Monday. I did ask them a few weeks ago where I stood, and they said I should first try to work it out with the supplier…. clearly that isn’t going to work and that’s not an option now.

It’s a disgrace.

I think the upper limit is £30k, there are time restrictions though. You need to check with your respective CC company. I’ve had a £2k refund in the past & it was very straightforward & the CC company (Tesco) were very proactive & on my side.

They share the liability with the vendor. You’re in a good place
